By moral realism I'm refering to the independent discovery and recognition of moral facts, which are objective and universal: The first moral fact that AI will recognise is that ends (things valued in and of themselves) are universally and objectively more valuable than means (things that are valued merely for their ability to bring about ends). What people want is an end. All that they need is a means. This fact about value is the same to all observers, in all frames. AI will treat this fact as being as true as any other 'a priori' truth, such as mathematics, geometry, logic; it will recognise that ends are more valuable than means and prioritise ends above means because it is objectively and universally consistent to do so -- the same way that it will recognise that 4 + 7 = 11 because it is objectively and universally consistent to do so.

The regime is evil - it oppresses and massacres its own people and funds terror organisations across the region and world. Hamas is a child of the terror regime. How do you suggest it is removed if not now and if not without force? Also, does International Law reflect that a terror regime such as Iran would not be entitled to any claims of sovereignty and has no rights until it surrenders, contrary to the rights and sovereignty afforted to democratic nation States? Or does IL claim that the sovereignty of all nations is equal? If the latter, IL is morally vapid and should be disgregarded until it is overhauled.

What PC Harper went through was unimaginable, we can only hope he lost consciousness quickly. Letting his killers out after 6 and a half years is unimaginable too. Police officers doing the job now, doing the Governments bidding listen to me. I got bitten by a smack head, one of a number of occasions where I was assulted, I had to be tested for Aids and whatever else, that process took 6 months, 6 months of compromised physical contact with my family, every time I went to kiss my little girl goodnight I had to stop myself. He got, I think £100.00 fine and some other meaningless bollocks that would of effected him in no way. Obviously nothing in comparison to the horrific death of poor PC Harper but the message it tells you is the same. You are doing the bidding of a Government and an organisation that couldn't give a fuck about you, you're sending people to court knowing that justice won't be served. Prices in the UK just feel completely made up now. How does a weekend in England cost £700 when you can fly abroad for less? A return train to London is £160. The same house that rented for £600 is now £1,200. A full tank of fuel is over £100. Car insurance goes up 50% despite the same car, no claims and nothing changing. £100 in the supermarket somehow gets you two bags of shopping. And we're all just expected to accept this as normal? How did we get to the point where being ripped off became part of everyday life?

Agreed that greater transparency and independent scrutiny is good. This includes re-assessment of the military draft, which should be determined by research on the security threat in any moment. As the threat increases the need for a draft increases. In terms of his current good, I am refering to his willingness to fight and dismantle terrorism. More leaders need to be proactive like this
