@btbusinesscare They are 2 ISDN lines and they are not working. We have been told an engineer is come that was on Tuesday, we are now on Friday and still no one here. Surly if you put our phone number in your computer you will see what’s going on with a trail of phone calls. It’s a joke.

@btbusinesscare This is day 5 with no phone lines. No one at BT will talk to us because we use a broker. Our phone number is 01618326013 not sure why no engineer has been to sort the lines out we are a big medical company dealing with nursing homes. Having to use our mobile phones. BT don’t care
