Stablecoin payments still face some fundamental infrastructure challenges: Variable gas fees, publicly visible transactions, and fragmented settlement across different networks. @utexocom is rethinking this infrastructure on Bitcoin. By combining Bitcoin, RGB, and the Lightning Network into a single infrastructure, Utexo is building a Bitcoin-native execution and settlement layer for stablecoin payments. Transactions are executed off-chain for performance and scalability, while cryptographic commitments are anchored to Bitcoin. RGB enables stablecoin issuance and transfers, while Lightning allows payments to move quickly with low latency. Utexo also brings routing, liquidity management, asset validation, and settlement coordination into a single layer. This allows payment providers, exchanges, wallets, and financial platforms to connect through a single API or SDK instead of integrating multiple systems separately. The goal is to make Bitcoin’s security and settlement properties usable as infrastructure for stablecoin payments.

We usually think of blockchain transactions as operations that start and finish within a single block. But real world applications do not always work that way. Sometimes an application needs to wait for an API response, an external event, or another condition before it can continue. Rialo's asynchronous execution model allows workflows to wait for those conditions and continue when the required signal becomes available, rather than forcing the entire process into a single execution step. This makes it possible to build longer running workflows that can span multiple blocks, react to intermediate results, and resume when specific conditions are met.
