@cmowbgov @lokbhavan_wb খালে যদি সারা বছর নৌকা চলতে পারে, তাহলে নিকাশি ব্যবস্থা ঠিক রাখতে বাধ্য হবে। এতে বন্যার ভয় অনেকটাই কমে যাবে। জল এলেও খুব সহজেই বেরিয়ে যাবে। কিন্তু বছরের পর বছর যদি সিস্টেমের গাফিলতির কারণে ভুগতে হয়, তাহলে এটা নতুন কিছু নয়। এগুলো আসলে মানুষের তৈরি বন্যা। ৩/৩

সরকার কিছু করতে পারেনি। খাল যদি ঠিক থাকত, হয়তো এই দুর্দশা হতো না। কিন্তু নিকাশির দুর্নীতি ও গাফিলতির কারণেই বারবার বন্যা হচ্ছে। খালের উপর ক্লাব, নতুন নতুন বিল্ডিং, দোকান ইত্যাদি গড়ে উঠেছে। বারবার জানানো সত্ত্বেও কোনো কাজ হয়নি। আবারও ভুগতে হচ্ছে। @cmowbgov, @lokbhavan_wb ২/৩

২২শে সেপ্টেম্বর ২০২১-এর বন্যায় ঘরে জল ঢুকেছিল। আবার আজ ১৭ই আগস্ট ২০২৬-এও ঘরে জল ঢুকল। এইভাবে বারবার বন্যায় ডুবে থাকতে হচ্ছে। ২০২১ সালের বন্যায় যে ক্ষতি হয়েছিল তার মাশুল আজও গুনতে হচ্ছে—সর্বশান্ত করে দিয়ে গিয়েছিল। আর ২০২৬ সালেও আবার বন্যা। তখনও সরকার কিছু করেনি, এখনো ১/৩

@the_hindu Here is proof that small merchants are charged UPI MDR. The evidence was attached five years back, in both 2021 and 2025, with confirmations from payment service providers showing they levied these charges. UPI MDR on merchant reality.
