@SkyeWolf84 Was £700 in credit with one supplier a few years back after winter had finished, they refused to give any of the money back claiming it was for the increased usage in the colder months… safe to say not with them anymore!!

@Corballyred Overall though, Villa still had far too many chances and decent shots on goal in the first half hour, could’ve very easily been a different score going in at half time and we got lucky with our goals, all is still not rosy, with a mammoth CL game midweek!

@Corballyred @LFC_mnm Not writing Kerkez off but we have lacked stability and experience at LB in many games this season and that’s exactly why Robbo should be starting more (at the minute), he didn’t have his best year last season but has looked the better option for me.

@2pintWonder @kieomusic 100% agree with the Klopp comment here, you could see at the end of last season it broke TAA that Klopp was leaving. Klopp brought him through and made him the player he is today and the rumour mill that JK could end up at Madrid must be coming from somewhere…

I can get the notion of not wearing one these days when they cost upwards of £100 and there’s scope for someone moaning if you’ve not got the current kit on…

@inthesmoke @GooalMouth I was born mid 80’s so like @GooalMouth, my earliest memories are 90’s onwards, some good moments, yes (Owen final, Istanbul, seeing us win league cup at Wembley under Kenny) but after FSG got Klopp, we’ve been a different animal, JK obvious choice yes, but they still got him in.

@AFC_Grey Where Liverpool have got it right in years gone by since Mane (signing Diaz, Jota, Gakpo, even Nunez to an extent - although he’s not clinical in front of goal) is where Arsenal have gone wrong for me, depth up top and you’d still be in the race this year IMO.

To put things in perspective about Liverpool’s situation: Arsenal need Liverpool to lose four games of their next 11. This squad have only lost 5 of their last 76 Premier League games, going back to April 2023.
