cashback is one of the clearest promises in fintech: spend money, get money back but the more you look at it, the harder it gets to build something that feels simple for users and still makes sense as a business, it's sustainable long term or really brings value working on an article around loyalty and incentives curious what actually makes you care about a rewards program: plain cashback, travel perks, merchant deals, status or something else?
