@CapsOffside Remember the 5 minute rule. The first 5 minutes while your body is getting warm are the hardest. It’s key to motivation b/c if you think you’ll get motivated and then run you won’t. But if you know after 5 mins the motivation then comes then you just need to be willing to do that

@CanucksArmy Enjoying this series! One suggestion for next year: key facts for ppl like me with poor memories. e.g.: the player's age, position and handedness & where the Nucks got him from (drafted, traded, etc). I know I can look these up, but would be nice to see it right there. Well done!
