@Knoxville_PD She was in obvious distress. If a person is gasping, saying they can't breath--EVEN IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE THEM--as a public servant you are obligated to act on that. Maybe the law doesn't see anything wrong with what they did, but everyone else does. They should be fired,

Do better. Stop making what should be a simple process unnecessarily complicated. The sheer volume of people online (a Facebook group with ~6K people in it), who not only feel but can prove they have been wronged by you, is too much. And yes, I am now a member.

that is not possible. Four days now, I have been taking up my time, which as a self employed person is very valuable, to try and clear up this matter, and each attempt is met only with more frustration and a vow to never, ever utilize your services again.
