Hi @SwintonGroup my uncles insurance is due for renewal & he’s recently received a renewal invitation from you but he’s found a better price elsewhere. He wanted to know if he needs to phone up to tell you he’s not renewing with you & if he needs to request no claims proof thanks

@SwintonGroup Thanks , I’ve told him & he’s asked if he phones this week & says he’s not renewing if he’ll get his proof of no claims this week or if he’ll have to wait to receive it until it expires on the 26th to recieve it via email ? Thanks again for your help

@SwintonGroup He receives his documents by post normally but he does have the online account . Would he be able to request to have it via email or access it on the online account instead ? Thanks

@SwintonGroup Thanks for the help, I’ve had a look & it says it expires on the 26th so i assume there is no reason to call. How long after it expires will the no claims bonus proof take to come for him to give it to his new insurers ? Also will it come via post or email ? Thank you

@eon_next hi, we usually receive statements through the post & phone up to give meter readings ,but we’ve recently registered to have an online account & go paperless .Do you know if we recieve a letter through the post once the account is set up ? Do you know how long it takes?

@jay_hernandez A standalone Magnumpi film written , directed & produced by you would be amazing…… you know the characters better than anyone & you also know what the fans love about the show.Hope you decide to make this film & then maybe add sequels to the film like all successful films do.
