@AdamB1438 Competition valid concern. Zoosk- one of the larger scale NA assets in the space (4th largest leaving aside Tinder which is a bit of a different market). The legacy Spark/Affinitas brands are more niche. Combined platform should be competitive.

@AdamB1438 On the current selling- Zoosk was VC backed so sellers have minimal cost basis and probably just looking to get liquidity
$LOV now trading below Zoosk acquisition EV. 5X EV/EBITDA on 2020 guidance with Zoosk synergies. No buyers to mop up free trading shares issued for the acquisition. But valuation should rationalize at some point...
$WCC interesting here. 13% FCF yield for leading distribution business. Exposure to cyclical end markets but FCF over cycle stable due to working capital release in downturns. Buying back lots of stock at excellent prices.
$ATTO meltdown in stock is reaching ridiculous levels. 3.4X EV/EBITDA, under 4X FCF on 2019 guidance (which sounds reasonable). Business growing ex currency.
$JPJ Gamesys deal- Valuation reasonable especially considering strategic considerations. Paid 50% cash/50% stock. 7.3X EBITDA multiple similar to where JPJ was trading.
$JPJ Excited about Gamesys deal. Bring Jackpotjoy platform in-house (removes biggest overhang on stock), get additional high growth brands. Looks like under 7X FCF for what should be solid growth story.
@ShamirAmit Seems incredibly undervalued. Wish they would be more aggressive on the buyback here. Surprised have not been given PE involvement.
