I love how founders would see independent creators like this, then get mad at their in-house creator and start looking to bring people like this in on 300k salary to do 2 creative videos daily and 10 weekly—forgetting how creativity slowly leaves the room when volume and speed are prioritized. Unfortunately, the creator takes the offer for whatever reason and comes in to continue suffering from where the previous person stopped. Founder gets mad all over again because they’re not getting what they expected, without realizing the actual truth that is. The ones who don’t want to accept that truth will start looking for another creator, and the cycle repeats itself. Bottomline is, if you’re a creative and this is your experience, never let any founder make you feel less than you’re worth. You are not the problem, the system they built and dumped you in is the problem.
