Holiday pro-tip to all my younger followers out there. When mom yells "dinner's ready!", don't make her wait. She worked hard and wants you to eat hot food. Put down your phone or your controller and look forward to a meal with your loved ones. It's so much more important.

I learned something today. I will try it. The next time a team member is super frustrated or negative about work. I’m going to require them to take a walk. I’m going to walk with them. I’m going to require they tell me three things they are greatful for.
