@SW_Help Ticket machines don’t sell flexi-season and station staff refusing to sell them, so have to buy a more expensive single ticket. What is the mechanism to refund the £ difference given it’s a SWR issue preventing me purchasing my normal ticket?

@SW_Help just arrived at Waterloo to see at least 6 members of your staff either not wearing masks, or wearing them pulled down below their chins. If you are serious about getting customers back on trains, might be an idea for your staff to set a good example re safety and masks

@SW_Help can you really justify 4 additional days of the strike timetable to ensure the guards that have enjoyed a month off can have “refresher training” whilst refusing to offer compensation to season ticket holders? At what point have your customers suffered enough?

@SW_Help any thoughts on answering the below? Full rota of staff but 50% of trains. What are those staff doing, and how does it begin to compensate the passengers who face a month of terrible service?

@sw_help given you are running a reduced timetable on 12 December, even though there is no strike, what are all those guards that return to work going to be doing? Surely they aren’t being rewarded with an extra day off/reduced working hours given they have just had a week off?

@PaulHowes17 @AlanJonesPA @SW_Help @RMTunion I count 18 people. Where are the other 1000 or so guards? Punishing passengers for a dispute that not many really care about is a joke - most would be okay with a couple of days of strike action, but a full month, in December? Ridiculous.

@BritishGasHelp been on hold to your customer service team for 50 minutes chasing a copy of a boiler service certificate that you were supposed to send me 5 weeks ago but has not arrived. It is delaying us moving house. Can you help?

@SW_Help @SW_Help but the apologies are worthless when the same issues impact all commuters who use your service EVERY day. It’s not good enough for the prices you charge and delay replay is more hassle than it’s worth. Never had as many issues with SWT.

@SW_Help almost an hours gap between “rush hour” trains at Worplesdon because you don’t have enough drivers to run the 8.08? This issue has been going on for far too long and Worplesdon commuters always suffer.

@SW_Help 7.15 Waterloo to Worplesdon not showing on boards at Waterloo but left, on time, and empty. Why not showing on the boards? 30 minute wait for the next train now.

@SW_Help @SW_Help but it didn’t get the train running on time - it was already going to be 20 minutes late and cancelling a stop at Worplesdon doesn’t save 20 minutes!

@SW_Help why have you cancelled the 7.51 Worplesdon to Waterloo? You seem to have decided to run fast through the station with the subsequent train already 20 minutes late. Subsequently no train into London for almost an hour during rush hour? Very poor planning for passengers.

@SW_Help @SW_Help But why cancelled at Worplesdon where train service is already limited? Why not Woking/Guildford etc where trains run every few minutes so more options for passengers? Worplesdon passengers for the 7.51 are now going to be an hour late.

@SW_Help can you please explain why last week, when there was a fatality at Woking and my train never got me to my destination and all lines were subsequently closed, that you thought a 15 minute delay repay was appropriate? My 30 min journey took 2 hours longer than expected...

@SW_Help @SW_Help and now the train is skipping Worplesdon to make up for the unannounced delay! I assume you will be reimbursing the cost of a cab from Woking seeing as the train your guard just advised passengers to change onto has been cancelled?

@SW_Help You don’t know the reason for a 25 minute delay to one of your off peak services?! Guard finally said it was due to crew displacement from earlier over running engineering work (at 6am!) - your tweet said this disruption had finished. Shambles.
