@CoachDanGo Been losing weight and walking a 5k twice a week. Decided to jog on the treadmill after a gym session one time and my lower back has been messed up since. Definitely need to lose more weight before I try that again.

@ThePepGuy A lot of people at work on peptides and everyone always asks "you're on the juice ?". Its weird to feel shamed about getting healthier and taking control of what I eat. I dont care anymore, let me be the example that you dont have to live like that anymore.

@DeanTTraining I was a guy who never worked out, never been in the gym. But eating better and losing weight while working out at home got me into the gym. Now I'm ready for it. Started on the 1st, and have logged multiple trips to the gym. Your posts have helped Dean. Thanks a lot!!

@vedichi_ Im interested in trying this. I just got a wolverine vial in and was gonna start. I have an ankle that has been rolled/sprained more times than I can count. It always feels tight and pops when I roll it. I'm wondering if this may help it.

@vedichi_ @peptidepirate Yeah its just not something I planned on. I had this scar on my leg from a skateboarding injury for years. Its less noticeable now and blending in. I started the vit c, collagen and zinc about a week in. It feel like the skin was reacting to it better.

@RetaDiary Definitely I went the compounded route and when the initial medication was up I was looking for the best price to keep going. Stumbled into the grey market and it was like my eyes were opened! Lol. Good job on your journey, keep it up!
