I was the only investor attending in person that was not on the equity committee. Not sure about interest in other assets. CEO did proudly tell me “I am a socialist”. Perhaps a material fact that shouldve been disclosed to investors and a reason the company was being auctioned off to swashbuckling capitalists.

$SGMO $SGMOQ I'm not sure they're in a doc, I attended the public auction in person. RJF was using 90% approval for the first milestone, something a little over 50% for the 2nd. The NPV of the bid was $187m accounting for the time value of money too. Reading PTC's call transcript, it sounded to me like if they got the first, the second was right behind it because it was 24 months of BLA data. By the time they get the first, they'll have the data for the second milestone

@amaatbbn @Crowhurst68 @Soeren_Berlin Yeah, a wild thing to just say. Not sure on the other stuff, the LLY folks seemed happy with the deal they got. The DIP lender wants to credit bid for some stuff and their CDO seemed to indicate there was decent interest in one other asset
