@thsottiaux please make it so the chatgpt/codex app can create threads in plan mode, so i can use the "needs input" as a todo list. right now you have to open the thread and switch it manually and the /plan string doesn't work with the thread is created programatically

You aren’t treating me like a fucking nitwit. The codex-rs project looks like it was made by adults. You aren’t pretending your harness is a moat. I can use other harnesses. Id really like to be able to shape training somehow. For example if I want to use some obscure language… I’d like it if the ChatGPT desktop app had some sort of integrated kanban orchestration. I’d like it if you’d steal the ideas from prime-agent I’d like it if moving to codex cloud / ChatGPT work was invisible.

Codex app-server exposes an api that allows you to manipulate “threads” you can fork them and attach file system watches to them. So you do an initial scouting run with one thread per rule then then have it provide a prompt for an evaluator then create new threads with fans watches for all the files related to that rule. When ever those get woken up you have them check compliance.
