I went running tonight and a man SPIT his cigarette at me and then proceeded to run next to me, YELLING asking for my name and phone number. I ignored him and then he tried to rip my earbuds out 😀😀😀 Please don’t harass runners. Thanks.

Ok fine. GOV’T CONTRACTORS ARE ON AN EQUAL LEVEL AS FEDERAL EMPLOYEES. CREATING SEPARATE EMAIL ADDRESS IS ONE THING, BUT REMOVING THAT EMAIL FROM PERSONNEL DIRECTORIES IS UNNECESSARY SEGREGATION. CONTRACTORS WORK IN SAME BUILDINGS, OFFICES, FIELD LOCATIONS, ON THE SAME DATASETs…
