What has happened to the TV and when I can know when it will be repaired. This is not good customer service to me. The Sallah Holidays is next week and I brought the TV early enough, so I can get it repaired.

@jamarahome I want to believe there is a SLA around timelimes for treating repair issues like this. I have called the outlet twice and the response I am getting isn't nice as they are making me understand that it is until they hear from the repair center, they will let me know

Dear @jamarahome Since Tuesday 19th, I brought my faulty TCL 55 Inches TV to your Ogunnusi Road, Ojodu outlet which was where I bought it in December 2024 for repairs. It is quite disturbing that I am yet to be told what the issue is with the TV after 48 hrs. Pls do something.

@DStvNg, my account has been suspended despite renewing subscription since 30th of March and the assurance that my payment has been received and extention of viewing days will be done. This is not good as you have not done what you assured me you would do.
