@CallMeArsonist Chapter 2 was way more varied than you probably remember/think tbh. Kris knight was relatively believed in but it's nothing like dess knight now. Knight theories were the wild west back then. In fact kris knight was an extremely controversial one

Tbh I think it could be kinda interesting if ralsei thinks the knight is someone they're not. Like ralsei thinks the knight is carol but it's actually dess (or vice versa idk). People always talk about susie falling for the red herring but ralsei doing it would be fun

Related to the previous thread, Ralsei probably knows who the Knight is, right? The Knight is written into the Prophecy and we're almost definitely going to learn about them in the future.
