@ATT @ATTHelp Thank you for finally refunding the overcharge. Is it supposed to take 4 hours on the phone, talking to 5 reps, emailing your media relations department, & dealing w/ ATT's President's office to resolve an overcharge?

@ATTHelp ATT overcharged me for a year, your reps agree that you overcharged me, but no one is authorized to refund the money. How are you even allowed to stay in business? Are you willing to refund the money or must I take you to court?
