Those vehicles are scattered around and several are worth six figures in restored condition. His son lives next door and his grandson lives next to him. He used to ride with the hells angels from time to time but he wasn’t really one of them.

He built the house he lives in now and his childhood home is visible from his porch. He and his wife share a headstone and even though they are both alive and vibrant it is on display in the front yard. He still has every car and truck he has ever owned.

This is where it started, a cast-in-place concrete structure, physically attached to a church. The building contained a hobo, a drum set, an endless supply of oddly sized clothes (I assume it's everything left over from the last tag sale), a piano, some pews... 1/n

After every trick in the book and then some we finally sold the last unit, the deal generated a 2.3 equity multiple in about a year and half and half of the condos had to be sold twice as Covid panicked buyers ran away from close quarters living 7/n

The loan had a pre-sale requirement which proved to be a challenge when selling entry level condos in a gentrifying neighborhood. Lots of hard selling to meet the pre-sale min. requirement, only to be follow by COVID which cost the deal several contracts 6/n

The neighborhood was relatively agreeable and we soon found several proponents as there was apparently a homicide there within the last decade or so. So the "gentrification" pill was easy to swallow for the neighbors that still remember that night 3/n
