@missemilygray @DWFitnessFirst @FFShepherdsBush I actually got a response via DM. The gist of it is “we can only apologise”. No word on if or when things will change, also the fact people pay extra for these things apparently makes no difference. The answer is ‘live with it’ #CustomerService
