Did Iran's negotiators mislead the mediators once again? According to the latest reports from Tehran, the decision to signal that a deal was imminent came from Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf and Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, but apparently without the blessing of the dictator, mojtaba khamenei himself. If true, the Islamic regime in Iran may have been negotiating with one voice while the real decision maker was speaking with another. That's not diplomacy. That's a group project where nobody asked the boss.

When all of the baby boomers die, and we are approaching boomer death peak velocity, the amount of houses that will hit the market will crash it, making that house worthless anyway. So a smart boomer would be selling now, downsizing, and leaving money to his descendants.
