14 layers of management 💀 As a design lead at Bungie on Halo Reach, I literally had ONE layer to get ideas approved. The guys below me, had TWO layers. Granted we would need to get buyoff from multiple departments to determine feasibility, but beyond that, it was basically "Marcus (creative director), can we do this?" If he said "No", I would reformulate my argument, maybe build a prototype, and ask him again in a few days 😆 (Marcus usually said 'yes', cuz he was cool)
