@ryoppippi @diegohaz Questionable, I.d say even doubtful. Mise much less intrusive and easier to adopt, while solving all my pains. Nix is a personal choice, that you will never require from contributors.
It doesn't intended to replace npm/pnpm thought. `aube` from the same author does. I manage with `mise` so much on my machine, so I stop treating it as a dependency. Usually I am able to use it completely transparent for other collaborators. Thought in greenfield pet projects I also delegate it repo tasks, env management, CI entry scripts.

I have accepted a role at entire.io as an open source maintainer! This means I no longer need to find a sustainable business model around mise and can focus on continuing to make great dev tools!

Totally agree. Creating good marketing materials takes a lot of time and effort, and right now I have a full-time job, a backlog of priority issues to fix, and this is still an unpaid open-source project. For the time being, I'd rather spend my limited time improving the product itself. Hopefully, as the project matures and becomes more stable, I'll be able to invest more effort into walkthroughs, videos, and other marketing materials.

Thanks everyone for the feedback and support. Some issues slipped through with all these changes, especially in multi-monitor setups. I’ll fix the most annoying ones soon and improve the regression pipeline. Tests alone aren’t reliable enough here.
