GPT 5.5 is chewing through usage today too at an insane rate. Hour in an I'm 4% down already, doing way less then usual. And the usage limit is jumping to 100% usage remaining at times. I think @thsottiaux personally broke something.

I tried vibing a project with it, I don't know Effect.ts and thought to myself "how hard could it be". Turns out - hard. You have to really understand Effect yourself, because AI is going to use the wrong seams and abstractions as usual, but without actually truly understanding Effect yourself, you lose the capability of telling what's good or bad. That project ended in tears and a full refactor to vanilla typescript and cut the codebase in half.
