Sunday April 4 sees the start of the 2021 season at the club. Things can only get better.
The club has recently taken delivery of three new training boats, an RS Quest and two RS Zests. These were purchased using a grant from The Community Foundation for Calderdale (CFFC) Eon Fund augmented by a top up from club funds.
A rising water level has allowed us to resurrect the Winter Series for the last three Sundays, after an enforced lay off of 2 months. Great sailing has been enjoyed by all. One more Sunday to go and then the AGM.
One of our new families pass by the OD's box. They may poo on our jetty but we do share our water with them.
Halifax Sailing Club would like to thank the Community Foundation for Calderdale (CFFC) for their help in securing funding for our new jetty. It's a fantastic addition to our facilities.

This was our Fun Day last September #GRGpictureshow. The £500 from Skipton BS will enable us to replace some of our tatty old equipment for new. When we start Young People's Sailing in May this year, we will have new waterproofs and new helmets. Thank you @SkiptonBs_GRG
