@parkeralewis Does it depend on selling stock? They can also sell BTC, lend BTC, or invest BTC in companies that generate income in BTC. They could even retire all the debt and the preferreds by selling just a fraction of their BTC, and never have to sell a single share of stock ever again.

@SplendideMend @under_____taker I think at or slightly below ~1.22 is a good place to start. They don’t have to ape in, just start with a small buy to say “We think this is the floor for mnav. If BTC has bottomed, we think our stock will outperform BTC & mnav will grow, if our mnav goes lower we’ll buy more.”

@SplendideMend @under_____taker I think they could sell lots of STRC at 12 with biweekly divs. Saylor wants to inoculate the market, already sold a little BTC as part of that, next logical step imo is to buy MSTR, even a little, mark the floor of the mnav, show the market that MSTR supply is not unbounded.

Public equity investors are expected to know this, they’re expected to read the filings and think about what they’re buying. If they don’t, that’s on them.
