@UberUK totally fed up. I haven’t had an Uber account for ages but you keep taking money out of account for orders, taxis & now a £34.99 charge for Uber 1. I have had to cancel my card on several occasions this year (this began in April). The previous one was 2 weeks ago & again

You’ve messed up my direct debits which are coming out my account & I’m currently not working due to recovering from cancer treatment. I will be getting trading standards involved as I don’t need this stress & I have not slept now since midnight when I was alerted of the charge

Late last night when I was sleep! I haven’t even used the new card yet as only just received it. I want to know how you got my new details when it’s not been used yet. I have to contact my bank everytime & the fraud team. You’re the fraud obtaining my card details!!

@MartinSLewis Within the past year, only due to the fact my local branch closed and I live in a city. My card got cloned & was told “go to your local branch” due to none I had to wait 2 weeks for it all to be sorted out and that was - days before a bank holiday. So has no card or anything!
