💥 The crypto “crash” wasn’t whales or retail. It was the yen. Hedge funds borrow in JPY (0%) → buy BTC/ETH in USD. When the yen strengthens, repaying the loan becomes expensive → 👉 forced selling of crypto to cover FX risk.
