@bookingcom very unprofessional. I’ve tried to change the date of my reservation. Your email system fails to send me the correct changes confirmation. Your costumer service by phone is not working. You have managed to charge me however the hotel hasn’t received any payment.

@Assurant @Apple very disappointed ...They won’t apply my Apple care for lost & theft because the guy who robbed me at gunpoint turned off “Find my iPhone” and although I have the original receipt of purchase of my IPhone; they refuse to give me a claim number. Can anyone relate?

@UPS HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT... I’ve been trying to get help and a solution for the last two weeks. Their collaboration with @Apple is the worst logistic management I’ve ever seen. They keep blaming one another, with NO solution and now I’ve lost track of two IPhone 12 pro 👎🏻
