@robbmactavish @Hertz @Hertz has developed a reputation for poor customer service, outrageous surcharges for “damage” or “cleaning fees” that are unnecessary but difficult to dispute once you’ve returned the vehicle and departed on your flight. Take photos and document the condition of everything.
