@usmint @FAANews The US Mint shows its disdain again for collectors by sending these quarter rolls poorly packaged bouncing around in a small box with no protection. They used to come nicely packaged. It would cost pennies to at least put a little bubble wrap around them inside the box.

@usmint @nativenews_net @womenshistory @CherokeeNation @smithsonian @WCPInst The USMint reduced my enrollment for this American Women Quarter from 2 sets to 1 set while others were allowed to order 20 or more sets. I requested a call back from a customer service supervisor but they won't even do that. Poor customer service @usmint

@IngrahamAngle There were two adjoining classrooms how come they couldn't have entered through the other door or both at once? He was one 18 yo kid they had a large number. Or how about shooting the killer through a window? It appears there were windows in those classrooms.

@usmint I'm just glad the USM is acknowledging an issue and trying to deal with it. Split them up into single product each day, lower HHL to 1 or 2 and random unannounced sales dates and times limiting the availability window to 5-10 minutes? That would spread out the hits on the site.

@NGCcoin I respectfully ask that the USM reconsider the first day limits on the Morgan and Peace dollars. Help collectors out, avoid negative feedback, and get these in the hands of as many people as possible. Maybe a compromise of HHL 5-10? Please consider this again. @usmint

@usmint @usmint What is going on at the USM? I keep getting notifications that my enrollments need to be updated or will be canceled. I have updated and called in & more notices today. I don't want to risk not getting the ASE W proof. Is the mint trying to cover not fulfilling orders?

@usmint Customer service continues to decline at the USM. 2 times this week I've received order cancellation notices in error. Had to go through a difficult process of calling in and getting a rep that can't be heard or understood to resolve 1 of them which is STILL NOT resolved.
