@Carthelan_ @UnboundPhd @Anc_Aesthetics Hence the main point of it all. “Free” things funded by taxpayers mean that you can’t have rampant fraud and scammers or the quality can’t be kept up by the amount available. Then also, if something is always paid for then whoever sells it will jack up the price.
