@tonysimons_ Hi Tony, We’re building Agente desktop, a harness ai native company system for accountants, it is based on Hermes with our custom plugin, UI and Agente computer that is basically Omarchy with Hermes desktop in it.
Learns from them, gathers data about your clients, map all of the data sources and manage one canonical source of them at Agente, and all of this is powered by @NousResearch Hermes agent inside @OmarchyLinux
Funny how all of the big ones are building pretty much the same systems, @bot , @Muse , who is next? All have linux computer with a browser inside. We are building a similar system, but for Accounting offices at agente.dev, connects to your data sources (Thread)

@Zai_org 3 days ago, i told my codex agent to spawn @NousResearch Hermes agents that are connected to GLM 5.3 and 5.3 flash. Could not ask for anything better than this. Works amazingly good
two weeks ago iv'e cancelled my Claude Max x20 sub and stayed with codex only When i wanted to use the 1m context window model with sub agents, it asked me to turn on extra usage. every time i did that, i hit 5 hour limits and somehow found myself paying at least extra 100$

Unpopular opinion: I built a whole code factory to become more productive: daemons, routers, queues, schedules, dashboards, model routing, watchdogs — the works. Then I killed it. Now I run Codex CLI / Claude Code directly with basic prompts, one bounded task at a time, in isolated worktrees, with agents signing off in a local coordination doc. Productivity went way up. Token usage went way down. Turns out the biggest unlock was not a smarter factory. It was removing the factory and forcing the agents to stay close to the feature.

Office work usually doesn't break because people don't care. It breaks because the client asked in WhatsApp, the task lived somewhere else, and no one could see both at the same time. This week we shipped a clearer path: setup can bring in older office chats, each task keeps the sender and message context, and approval steps are now written for humans instead of internal shorthand. The goal is simple: fewer lost requests, less copy-paste, and one place to see what the client asked for, who owns it, and what still needs action. Early pilot, still tightening it. Link in replies.

The first WhatsApp task board just shipped in Agente Desktop. Office managers see WhatsApp messages from team accounts turn into an organized task board — in one place, no copy-paste. The computer files. The human approves. Every WhatsApp conversation now has its own listen scope per account. Switch between them in the communication dock. Messages route to the right board. Nothing gets lost. After onboarding, users land on the live ticket board — not a blank screen. This sounds obvious. In office software, it is not. First impressions determine whether the team keeps using it or walks away. The entire product got a unified visual identity. Shared design tokens now connect the login screen, sidebar, onboarding, and landing page. One product that looks like one product — from first visit to daily use.
