@MartinSLewis If there are 10(or so) major energy companies in a COMPETITIVE market, and they are all charging the same amount, based on a shared view of what a price should be, is that not a definition of a Cartel ? Ofgem are basically facilitating it.

@UKAdrianReed I bet their booking website timeout is 5 mins. Challenge anyone to read that in 5 mins. May not be the same next time so breach of the Unfair Contract Terms Act as it is pressuring you to accept contract you cannot read.

@UKAdrianReed I have history with this.... If you booked via website: How long are the "Terms and Conditions"? How long is the booking timeout on their website? Is it 'reasonable' that a customer could read that Terms and conditions in the time allowed? NO=Breach of Unfair Contract Terms Act

@MartinSLewis Martin, for more than 8 year my electricity tariff has been sold to me as "100% Renewable energy". I get that if Oil/Gas is used to generate electricity the cost of that electricity would have risen. How has the wholesale cost of renewable energy increased ?
