This is some wild hairsplitting and misdirection. You absolutely did fall back to weak entropy, and the yasmarang implementation you put in libngu was even weaker than the one in MicroPython (because yours used hardcoded constants): github.com/switck/libngu/… You were warned about this particular issue by me and at least one other person 4 years before me.

I so hate to be that guy, because he obviously spent a long time doing this 20 minute video... This is dangerous and impossible to do as shown in the video - look what you get - ***INVALID CHECKSUM*** This isn't even a valid Bitcoin wallet This process is great for the first 23 words, that last word - needs to be calculated by a device. This process falls off a cliff and is actually dangerous - so just here to try to help...maybe retweet this for visibility, and ask questions if you don't understand. This stuff is tricky - no dumb questions, I'm here to help.

@BitcoinLixin 4. Seed storage cards. QR for signing is sufficient. NFC to scan IMO is suitable for cards form factor. But if the NFC can be used to somehow clone the key to a card, that would be great. 5. IP68+ would also be great to have

Whether it is hardware related like battery powered / buttons / flashlight. Or software e.g address checker, derive seed, duress pin, etc

I got a second credible report of someone warning Coinkite about bad entropy back in 2021, 4 years before I did. Different than the Telegram guy that I QT'd earlier. It's possible that 3 independent people warned them about this and they neglected it every time.

@BitcoinLixin 1. Powered by battery 2. Doesn't generate seed on itself. User have to add external entropy by default. If rolling dice / coin flipped is bad for UX then maybe get user to virtually roll dice for N amount of times (not sure if it's a good idea technically entropy wise)

@KLoaec Yeah, most won't be willing to share the tx hash and dox themselves of their stack But I still am skeptical about the reports on MK4 and Q because 70 bit entropy isn't too easy to crack. MK3 is understandable. Fear porn for engagement seems to be happening too
