@SandCResearch Very interesting. I am just wondering what causes it to be inefficient then, since the overall accumulated MPS would be higher (AUC), if we have subsequent workouts. When a program is planned so that the fatigue isnt accumulating, there will be no performance loss

The energy content of food is the only food property that has been convincingly demonstrated to impact body fatness in humans. The effect is extremely robust and consistent and has been recognized for over a century. But hey, look at this mouse study.

@LSchwingshackl @dge_wissen Haben high-protein Produktem wie Proteinpudding und Eis nicht meist auch einen niedrigeren Energiegehalt? Wenn davon ausgegangen wird, dass diese Produkte die herkömmlichen Alternativen ersetzen, würde die entstehende Kalorieneinsparung doch ein Benefit sein, oder?
