@Climate_of_apes one of the problems with climate change is that it's not affecting everywhere equally. we don't seem to have the right governance structures to solve this at a global level. nations are probably going to solve their own problems on their own terms until things get worse.

employers need better tools for defining the skills they need and workers need better tools for finding the resources available to them to acquire those skills. there's a missing infrastructure layer here I think. what we have clearly isn't enough to meet the challenges ahead.
