Our @AmericanAir flight was delayed and caused our @HiltonHotels reservation to be cancelled. We are now being charged a reinstatement fee for our room, which is ridiculous and we 100% will never be staying at a Hilton again or flying American.

@AmericanAir if you want to show that you care about your customers do something that actually makes this trip better. But don’t pretend that some lousy miles fixes anything. Next time I’m flying @JetBlue or @UnitedAirlines_ @VirginAirline At least they take weeks to respond
