@AmericanAir I've been flying out of this airport for more than 50 years. I love the airport but I swear we had better choices 20 years ago than we do now. One hub with tiny little crj Jets every single flight I take they're offering people money to take the next flight

Hey @AmericanAir please consider bringing mainline service to @FlyDAB as @piedmontair can't seem to handle the load as every flight is oversold and CLT connections are either 40mins or 3+ hours. As an EP we need more options than 2 hr drive. Need hub options lk DFW, ORD, or MIA.

@FrayedSuit @AmericanAir Their app is a hot mess anymore. I was trying to book first class reward tickets last night and it was only showing me main cabin even though I specifically said first class. I don't show me anything if my class isn't available.
