This works really well for database templates as well. If you have consistent pages of the same “type” you’re building in a DB, it makes it much easier to know what’s what when you’re looking in unfiltered views!
Quick Notion Tip Design a naming convention and iconography (icons + colors) for Notion pages in your workspace so when you search for them you know exactly whether the page is a database, a template, an individual task, a content piece or something else.

If you work with agencies or consultants, I'd like you to adopt this framework. There's a difference between inputs, outputs, and results. We, consultants, are paid to provide the best possible inputs (expertise and execution in our case). And these inputs do not magically translate to results! Your timely collaboration and consistent feedback are what truly transform these inputs into outputs (completed projects) and, ideally, results (moving metrics). We cannot guarantee you the outputs and the results but we can guarantee you the best possible outputs to increase the odds of success.
