@premierinn absolutely disgusting service. We paid for our stay and your system crashed. We were asked to pay again as it didn’t go through, but it did! 2 weeks to refund you said and now 3 wks later you’re ignoring our emails and have effectively stolen our money!

Terrible service from @ShellEnergyHome. Firstly they tried to increase what I’d been quoted, now despite me having confirmation in writing that first payment date is 1st April. They’ve taken it today and for more money!!!
