NHS has ‘helpfully’ identified that I am at risk of getting diabetes after having gestational diabetes so have invited me for my annual screening…….18 whole years after having gestational diabetes 🤦🏻‍♀️ Bit late now especially as I’ve privately been told I’m now pre-diabetic fml

Great couple of days away preparing for my new role- met so many other leaders from all over Europe and beyond! Really proud of the fact I’m one of the first 100 out of over 4,600 European leaders to get to go on this course! Still pinch myself on how far ai have come! 🤩

Ok… I went for dinner. And then there was some quiz put on. Of course this girl bossed the music round 🙌🏻 Well done me ha 😂 Our team came a respectable 3rd. Ended up being quite fun in the end but back in my room with a face mask on ready for a loooooooooong day tomorrow!!

Finished this book last night. Now I’m an avid reader- I read daily.. and I love thrillers but this was a whole new level of mindf*uck. Messed up!! I had to start another more lighthearted book straight after to recover 😂 This book would make a great film!! 🤯
