MY. GOD. Millions of people have gathered in & around Jamkaran grand mosque in Qom to bid farewell to their martyred leader, Ayatollah Khamenei. This is UNPRECEDENTED for Qom. The end of the crowd is not even visible from the aerial footage. Ayatollah Khamenei’s influence was truly a one-of-a-kind.

There’s 5km distance between the two squares, btw. The entire street between them is PACKED. it’s so packed that’s it’s difficult to move between them. The vehicle with the martyrs is literally stuck at Azadi Sq.
