This is a wonderful municipal pool — plenty of children. I swim here. Whether heter / homo / other, this dress in not appropriate dress for a community pool. It’s impossible for the list of Rules to dictate everything one should NOT do — that list would be endless. At some point it is a matter of good judgment. I feel like this man exercised poor judgment — perhaps “testing” to what would happen. I’m sure the lifeguards know when issues need to be escalated to the manager, which they could easily do with a quick pic. Whatever manager says, it’s their discretion. (BTW the New Jersey Criminal statute on Obscenity may not allow this.)
