I got the shit kicked out of me this morning. I had some decent moments but all in all got my ass kicked. Very dificult to find someone who can do that to me. Did 5 rounds 5 minutes each me vs my coach. He still competes at a world class level and still has it going on
Salads have to be one of worst things you could put in your body. You’re eating a bowl of items that have been aggressively sprayed with poison for their entire life. Not to mention lettuce has got to be the most recalled food on the market. Unless you grew the veggies yourself or one of your boys grew them, better to avoid
Was on a seller appointment today and gave the seller a hug. Seemed like she really needed it. I didn’t get the contract signed (yet) but in happy I was able to at least do that for her.
My friend and I made $25k each today on a wholesale deal we JV’ed. He found the deal, I had the buyer. If I didn’t start posting on social media years ago, him and I would not have met and became friends

Flippers on my market are competing with each other to make $30k profits on $400k-$600k flips. I would rather wholesale for $20k-$25k 🤷♂️

Don’t lie to yourself about the ARV. The only person that you’re fooling is yourself. It doesn’t matter if you win the deal but end up making no money. That’s an L to me

How to wholesale real estate without spending any money: For the past 2 weeks, I have been making 5 offers per day on Redfin. Been texting the realtor directly, and giving my offer via text instead of a formal offer. Got a deal yesterday. $125k list price without photos. I got it at $90k and found a buyer for $100k with photos SAME DAY. Close in 2 weeks. That’s an extra $10k of income within a 30 day timespan. Side note: making 5 lowball offers per day takes less than 60 minutes per day. Should really take 30 mins.

Am I the only one that kinda feels like this Dustin Poirier thing isn’t a big deal? He got drunk and acted dumb, big deal. He should fix his problem yes but this is not a unique problem and he’s a smart guy he’ll get through it for sure.

When wholesaling virtually you can lock the property up higher than anyone els. When direct to seller on a virtual deal, it’s very very rare for a price trade not to happen no matter what because house almost ALWAYS is different in person. Makes sense not to beat seller up to hard on price at first bat. Most of them end up being receptive to the price drop virtually and if anything they expect it I think
