@UberUKsupport Hi, I’ve spoken to someone on this number twice today and both times they have told me this is a issue with McDonald’s not Uber Eats, McDonald’s in turn then tell me it’s an issue for Uber Eats - and in turn I’m about to pull my hair out. Pls can I have another number to talk to

@McDonaldsUK i haven’t received a refund on an order made over two weeks ago. I was directed to ubereats via your VA, they have told me this is an issue to direct towards McDonalds. Can someone please DM me from your team. Thanks

@UberUKsupport our driver just came to our driveway logged our food as delivered got back on her bike and rode off with our food?! My partner witnessed the whole thing. We would like to receive a refund for terrible service, your app is making it impossible to get in touch
