@obioneyouknowme @ChimeWhistle Sent to me by an active S&T engineer. No Open-Line Walking Inspection. Staff can't walk the track with trains running. If a physical inspection is required,a Controller of Site Safety (COSS) or Individual Working Alone (IWA) must arrange a formal line blockage with the signaller.
