Spending some time in public places and wow, i am not impressed.
The average American man in his 40s is sitting at 28-30% body fat, a range that puts him at real risk for cardiovascular disease and other metabolic diseases.
Being lean now is the outlier. It is so rare that people look at you like youâre the anomaly. That should be backwards. It used to be the standard, not the exception.
I feel like a lion walking through a field of mammoths,built different, moving different, in a world thatâs forgotten what ânormalâ used to look like.
Hereâs the part nobody talks about: thereâs less competition every single day. The standard keeps dropping. In my opinion winning in 2026 is easier than itâs ever been if youâre willing to do what most people wonât.
Its 2026 we are not lacking information. We have ChatGPT, Claude, a doctorâs worth of knowledge in our pocket, 24/7. This isnât ignorance. Itâs accountability. Itâs follow-through.
Men go to gym, eat clean and in moderation, cut the alcohol and drugs. Have a routine and a system with non-negotiable for your body and your mind.

If youâre in your 40s and have no time to waste, this is the system:
Weight training + walking is the best combo for fat loss, but the real driver is the calorie deficit.
Doesnât matter how you create it. You can cut food or add steps, or both.
Two levers: food and movement.
I wouldnât rely on high intensity cardio though, it can spikes cortisol and jacks up hunger for a lot of people, so you end up eating back what you burned.
Lift to keep muscle. Stay in a deficit, eat less than you burn per day. Walk to add extra deficit without trashing recovery.
Simple as that: lift, walk, eat right.
No one is coming to save you.
Not your friends. Not your family. Not your circumstances.
The gap between where you are and where you want to be has one bridge âĄïž YOU.
Your excuses, your emotions, your self-doubt, your hesitation wonât close that gap.
Your habits will.

Discipline is not punishment, it is the quiet war you win inside yourself every single day. When your mind says stop because it seeks comfort but your soul says keep going.
Those small, unseen victories are where real growth lives.

The 1% mindset is getting better every single day and i do that by following my system, my blueprint with daily habits and non-negotiables.
A strong unshakable system will always win in the long run over motivation.
You canât out-earn a broken body.
Beautiful home. Expensive watches. Luxury cars in the driveway.
Yet you wonât take your shirt off at the pool, or you have to lean forward just to see your feet because your belly is in the way. Thatâs lipstick on a pig.
The 1% blueprint isnât just wealth itâs health. Sleep. Train. Eat real food.
Not as a trend. As a standard. As self-respect.
Stop masking the problem with band-aid solutions like peptides, weight loss injections, Testosterone and hormone therapy. Shortcuts that treat the symptom but never the cause.

Some people say they want to change.
Hand them the blueprint to build their dream body. Hand them the blueprint to make more money. Hand them the blueprint to have a killer mindset.
They still wonât move.
Itâs not lack of knowledge. Itâs laziness. Itâs being comfortable being mediocre. Or worse, they donât believe theyâre worth it. Thatâs not a motivation problem. Thatâs an identity problem.
Some people are just built different and not in a good way. Sub human effort produces sub human results.

There is one thing I will not negotiate when it comes to my day.
Training.
You donât find time for it. You schedule it like a meeting. Immovable. Non-negotiable. Itâs in the calendar.
60 minutes is enough. You donât need two hours. You need consistency.
Training is done before most people open their eyes. By 7 AM the hard part is already handled.
Then itâs clients, businesses , content.
All of it gets executed because the foundation is already laid.
After 4 CrossFit Games world championships, top 7 at the triathlon World Championship, played on the PGA Tour, USOPEN, Asian tour and tournaments all over the world.
Thereâs one thing I will not negotiate on when it comes to nutrition. You need to know exactly how many calories you burn on a daily.
Not a guess. Not âaround 2,500.â The exact number.
Whether your goal is fat loss, performance, or body recomposition that number is the foundation of everything.

Since I was young my parents had me on a schedule. Wake up, train, eat, school, train, chores, homework, sleep repeat. No decisions to make, no debate just the plan and execute.

Meanwhile people are out here doing an hour of cardio every day, losing muscle in the process, and wondering why nothingâs changing.
Cardio burns while youâre doing it. Muscle burns while youâre living your life.
Build the muscle first. Everything else falls into place.
Negativity spreads like cancer.

I have zero tolerance for it.

You will never out-train a negative mindset.
